What happens in book club, stays in book club...

Our adults' book club has been running for 10 years and (despite regularly pushing them out of their comfort zone) our group of dedicated, undeterred members means that there are currently no new spaces available. You are welcome to join the waitlist.

We focus on adult fiction, spanning the centuries and genres, from classics right up to the latest Booker winners. (We even throw in some children's classics and non-fiction to change things up when we get a chance.)

Calling all book lovers! Get ready to swoon over our new book club dedicated to romance novels. Have your meet-cute with other fans of the genre and discuss our latest book choice over a cup of tea.

This book club will run 5 times a year, celebrating the seasons. and we might even have some special guests pop in along the way.

Our kids' book club discusses their personal reading. There are no set books, but they can have as many recommendations as they like from us and each other.

The kids will have the bookshop to themselves for a whole hour to chat books, read and pick our children's expert's brain about what to read next.

For the young at heart who adore reminiscing over their misspent youth, this book club celebrates Young Adult fiction.

 

Join us to discuss our chosen books, and tell us about what else you've been reading. Tea and biscuits will be on hand to fuel the chat!

 

Whether you're all over BookTok trends or have fallen off the instagram grid, this book club is for all YA lovers.

Teenagers will be able to meet in the shop, discuss their chosen book, decide what to read next, and chat about the books they've been loving or can't wait to read.
