This book is filled with store-cupboard staples to create meals full of flavour, freshness and interesting textures. A perfect accompaniment to the cold winter months, when we don't want to venture to the supermarket.
More about Jessica Elliott Dennison Jessica owns 27 Elliott's, an Edinburgh café, supper club and workshop space. She cooks a weekly-changing menu there, led by the seasons and her store-cupboard basics. She is soon to open 21 Elliott's, a grocer and lifestyle shop stocking locally sourced staples as well as her own products. Previously, Jessica has worked as a food stylist and writer in London and Sydney, working with the likes of Jamie Oliver, Waitrose and The Observer. Her first book, Salad Feasts, was released in 2018.
