More about James Morton:
James rose to fame on series three of The Great British Bake Off. Since then he has become a columnist for the Sunday Mail, founded his own popular baking blog, written 5 best-selling cookbooks and has appeared on TV shows, including Sunday Brunch. He also loves brewing his own beer and has won several national home brewing awards. James is a full-time NHS Doctor specialising in General Practice.
