Description: Tom Kitchin opened his eponymous restaurant in Leith in June 2006, earning a Michelin star within 6 months. Since then, he has won many more awards and attracted great acclaim for his style of cooking which emphasises seasonal Scottish produce coupled with classical French techniques.
‘From Nature to Plate’ showcases Tom’s style of cooking and the finest seasonal ingredients available each month of the calendar year.
Tom will be joining us to talk about his career, his restaurant and his culinary ethos. He will also be answering questions from the audience and signing copies of his book.
7.30pm, Tickets are £7 (with £7 off the price of Tom’s book) and must be purchased in advance from The Edinburgh Bookshop as space is limited.
